A chair is a mushroom
and makes a nice fluffy bed
and there clothing is spun
from a long spiders web.
They collect dew in the morning
and stardust at night
and they mix them with magic
for a brew of delight.
This they serve
at the parties they throw
as they dance through the night
where toadstool rings grow.
So next time you think
of your garden of dreams
and the beautiful colors
and sense of wonder it brings
don't forget to leave the Faeries
a small thank you letter
and the Father above
who holds all things together.
