'Japanese Park' will not mean that this park is in Japan. But it is a kind of garden which comes from Japan to the world. There are also japanese gardens/parks in Europe or USA. For example, Interlaken, Switzerland, has a well-known japanese garden. Zurich, Switzerland has a 'Chinese Garden', and this is also not in China.

Very interesting; in MS Windows 7 Desktop Themes this is identified as "Hyangwonjeong Pavilion at Gyeongbokgung" in Korea (ROK).
Bing search (Wikipedia) identifies it as "Hyangwonjeong garden, at Gyeongbokgung Palace - Seoul Korea."
