This is a red maple tree that has multicolored fall leaves. Many red maples have all red leaves in the Fall, but this one has red, orange, and yellow leaves.
After I took this photo and had a look at it, I realized that it looks like a dark arm holding onto a fistful of large brightly lit leaves.

PS. For a comparision, here is a red maple photo I took that will probably be mostly or totally red leaves when it finishes turning.
