Thats a complete lift from xkcd! Really, that's obvious plagiarism! The original was created by Randall Munroe.

Why has nobody picked up on this before now?

True, Randall has said that he does allow people to use and republish his work under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 2.5 License, but only if it is credited to him, which this reiteration is not!
