I've done some research on it, and it seams that its a nightshade plant, poisonous to animals (probably to us, too). You've done well to have eradicated them from your garden.

Tomatoes and potatoes are also nightshade plants, but being cultivated... do us no harm

What berries are those? They remind me of cherry tomatoes, but leaves look different. I love most berries! Yum:):)
