[color=black]It looks like this image is photoshopped. The sun may have been in another photo or in another location in this image, since its not round. Plus you're right, the sun normally doesn't look that way. I never look into it as I don't want to damage my eyes. Yet I have used special lenses to view it & its normally round, even @ the horizon. [/color]

Thx. for the great comments! It might be sunrise but a very unusual one. The field looks cool but the sun looks very bright and warm. There's also an eclipse at 6.30 position, like a small yellow, sun-like object. Also, the white disk looks hexagonal. Can anyone see that? Another unusual thing about it is that orange aura spills over the horizon and its too well defined. There's white disk, a yellow disk and an orange disk/area. I find that a bit unusual. That's why I chose this image to see if anyone else would pick out these details as well.
