Well, I thought it was beginning to look a lot like Springtime... until I woke up to discover that it was snowing! 

At first I was rather disgusted with the weather. Snow on April 17th? How ridiculously crazy could the weather get? Then I decided to go get proof about just how nuts the weather was. I grabbed my camera and started driving all over my city looking for icy flowers to photograph.

I have to admit it was fun, although I'm sure these flowers did not agree! :D

PS. If any of you gardeners out there know what kind of flower this is, I would love to know! :)

PS. It's now Sunday, April 19th. The snow has melted, and most, if not all of the flowers in my neighborhood are looking a lot happier. Here are links to 3 other photos I took last Friday, of snow covered daffodils, tulips, etc.

I was wondering the same thing. The blossoms are more tubular than azaleas.
