This poem is one of many that I wrote ...as a broken hearted soul . No end seems to be in sight . So if you have someone special in your life let them know it and don't ever take it for grant it . My husband isn't dead but I'm pretty much dead to him and it's been about 5 months now . I've probably cried enough tears to fill this lake . I've been true to him...and I'm still trying to hang in there . Thank you for looking at this wallpaper. I took the picture in the fall . It was a cold but yet beautiful time by the lake .

There are many others like us. My wife left me now nearly 12 years ago after 27 years of marriage. If there is more room in a broken heart then mine must be the size of Australia. . . . .because I am a long way from feeling whole again. To add to that I have suffered much from depression since then. The only doctor I ever saw had only one significant thing to say about depression. "People will tell you to snap out of it. . . . .but you won't snap out of it. . . . .you will crawl out of it." So girl, when you are feeling down think of me and all the others broken hearts in "the club" and know that we understand how you feel. And, after reading your poem in the picture, I will say a little prayer for you that someday sunshine will again warm your heart and cause you to "live" again.
