Down On The Farm #Summer 10 Updated May 23, 2010 by Frankief When we were young children growing up, there wasn't a lot of money to do fancy stuff, so on Sundays during the Summer, my Dad and Mom would load us all up in the car and take us for a ride in the countrysides of Virginia. Today, I realize how beautiful the farmland around the Shennadoah Valley was and miss it since coming to Colorado. Now that my hubby has moved me out east on the plains, I am once again surrounded by the farmland that I have grown to love. This is my depiction of a farm in the Virginia hill country.
