I’ve been here many times in life; it is a wonderful place in California called Rainbow Falls. The falls would be located near Devil’s Post Pile which is also near Mammoth Lakes. The waterfall creates a mist 24/7 enabling the rainbows to be visible from almost any vantage point....1FD :) :) :)
