I absolutely [U]LOVE[/U] thunderstorms and other natural phenomenon such as this. This is no exception...it's absolutely stunning in a stark and dangerous way.

As a professional trucker, I have driven through many such storms and they are all absolutely beautiful...and dangerous. When I was younger, I was a lineman for our local electrical utility company, and I can attest to the damage that such storms cause and have had my fair share of encounters and stories to go with it. They are beautiful and horrific simultaneously!

Awesome display that captures our human allure to the deadly beauty nature. The only thing better than a great lightning shot is an active volcano.
