Located in the docklands area of London, New Providence Wharf incorporates inverted intensive greenroofs with each individual terrace area measuring about 430 sf. The primary requirement was to provide a greensward surrounded by low evergreen bushes abutting hard landscaping adjacent to external hot tubs. An expansive ground level podium roof features a large grass oval lawn with a river terrace and a perimeter canal giving privacy to the ground floor balconies.
